I drove to the Eastview store and back (round trip for me over an hour) only to discover that a bag I had purchased for my wife still had the large black plastic security tags attached to the bag and to the pouch inside the bag rendering it unusable. I called the store to see what they could do for me and was offered a half-hearted apology and was told that even though it would take me over an hour round trip to come back to get the tags removed, the only thing they could do for me was give me 15% off. I asked to speak with a manager but was told there wasn't one at the store and that the associate wasn't willing to contact the manager to make the situation right. I have worked retail. My wife has worked retail. Neither of us would ever let this slide without informing a manager and doing what it takes to make the customer happy. Especially when the customer has been majorly inconvenienced with regard to time spent. Unacceptable customer service!

Extraordinarily Beautiful & so is Anthropologie !!!!
A cashier was struggling today as line formed. I felt bad for her, I asked if she called for help and she said yes. After a looong time standing in line ....Betty Boop sashays on up to the counter, no apology, nada. Com'on girl you know who you are, try being a team player.
