No one ever picks up the phone at this store. On different occasions I have called and whether I use the automated system for a department or request an operator, no one answers. Very frustrating. Also had a salesman in the appliance department anxious to help us until he found out we only needed vacuum cleaner bags. Then his smile disappeared and he pointed "over there" and walked away. Pretty sad when it's obvious he is only focused on commission. Not surprising that Sears is a dying company.
Amazing team, amazing store, when I was in, it looked like they were rearranging the entire tool department. I came back a week later and the change was great! The new layout makes much more sense. The team was all busy cleaning and organizing. This is the best Sears I've come across in all my years! I hope these guys are around for years to come!

It was nice, open, clean, but there were no clerks in the store. Finally found one to check out.
