I'm not sure why I only see a 2.7 star rating! Every time I have been to This store the staff have been very helpful and courteous. They are always willing to help. My recent trip to the store to repair my saw was exceptional! Brian was very knowledgeable and got my saw up and running in no time! Very satisfied customer!!
These guys are very busy a lot of the time. I'm not getting an organized vibe amongst the employees there. They do there jobs but have a narrow approach toward customers. With the amount of things that can go wrong with equipment, You need an open mind with people. It is a solid place as far as the workmanship and there helpful with getting your equipment back to you quickly.
I wouldn't go any place other than this - from commercial purchases to residential, the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Inventory wise, they carry everything I need. I'm a huge Stihl fan, they have it all.

I have not been pleased with my experience with them. The customer service approach is non existent, I've found the persons on the phone to be overly rude and not accommodating. I would not recommend them to anyone who asks, nor would I be going back.
