Room by pool used for a birthday party was musty and mildewy smelling.
Dumpy looking, so I would never rent a room there.
Very welcoming and friendly staff throughout the hotel. By far the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept in. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was good but very busy and crowded. The pool was nice, but the hot tub spa was rather small. I would definitely use this hotel again while in the area!
We stay here on each trip to our sons home . The staff is so helpful and friendly. Our room is immaculate and welcoming. Breakfast is a plethora of good morning selections and very plentiful. Thank you
Heated pool wasn't even lukewarm, and the bottom looked like it needed repairs.
Small sign so I drove right past it. Front desk person very nice. Front entrance inside a bit outdated, and there were stains on the old couch.
Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, close to food, RIT, and other attractions! The rooms seemed recently renovated and were always clean, even if we were a bit late to leave. The doors do let a bit of sound in, so if you're sleeping late or there are rowdy individuals outside, you may hear them. Otherwise, excellent place to stay!
One of the best hotels we have every stayed at!! Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is not very big so the breakfast area and pool were never crowded. Our room had two queens and was very spacious. I especially liked that the refrigerator and microwave were in a separate area with a small counter top and cabinets- almost like a mini kitchenette. Breakfast was great!! My kids loved the mini waffles!! Would definitely recommend!!!
Hot tub was small, railing to get in was loose. Water was beyond frothy.
