Great service after the sale! I had to rush through the installation of a hitch and trailer wiring on my Pathfinder. They had no time to order the model-specific connector for the wiring, but installed the hitch anyway and did a pro job. The connector did cause some problems down the road, but they replaced it with the correct part asap, and refunded the money that I had to pay to fix the problems the old connector caused. Samantha was a great manager and even though I did not get a chance to meet her, was eager to make me whole. The guys in the shop work their A$$es off running that place and really know their stuff. If you get a hitch installed. give them time to order the right part and get the warranty!
what a place! this is truly the best UHAUL center I have ever seen. they have it all!
I was redirected to this location at the last minute due to scheduling problems with the truck I had, and I had 1 day to move so I was a little concerned - BUT right from the minute I got there, I had a really great customer service experience! The folks on staff were courteous and professional. I also had a concern when I got home and by then the location was closed. I emailed the contact number on the email I received and got my reply within a half an hour! It wasn't instantaneous, but I wasn't expecting an answer until the morning, so I was very happy when the email came! Overall, they took good care of me and I appreciated it very much!! I would definitely recommend them.
Very disappointed. We gad a trailer hitch put on and gad to drive around and get our own screws, pry off the old ones ourselves, just awful customer service! I mean, if I wanted to do it myself, I wouldn't have paid you over $300 to do it! Never would recommend it to anyone and I won't return!
