I wanna truly thank the Victor Apple Store. For great customer care! I shattered my iPhone 7 plus Sunday morning. And made an appointment on the Apple website to have my screen repaired at 445pm that evening. My mom and I made the hike up to Victor from Greece (45+ min drive) and were turned away because they were so busy and would not be able to finish it by close (the associate was very sincere about it) they told me they would hold my screen for 7 days to come back and they would repair it. So I had a shattered non workable phone for the rest of the night (it's my life - alarm clock, contact device, gps etc and how my job gets in contact with me) so myself, boyfriend, and his mom went back the following evening (Monday night - another 45 min drive back) and spoke with an associate in regards to my story - asked him for any sort of discount for being turned away the night before. He went and got his manager - told him the whole story - Me and my boyfriend were then met with the manager Brandon he explained and apologized for the inconvience that I should of never been turned away the night before during my set appointment. He apologized over and over and stated that for the inconvenience of coming back TWICE from Greece. That they were covering my service and repair. I was absolutely stunned. Brandon was amazing and had a wonderful attitude towards the situation and great customer service (I'm a manager for a tanning salon - I know how customer service is) and he had amazing customer care!!!
Apparently a 5 year old laptop is vintage to them so they can't do anything. I have a 10 year old HP which has given me no issues ever. They pretty much just want you to buy a new computer. So I did but not a Mac lol
If I could rate them a zero I would. I just left the Apple Store after standing around for 15 minutes with no one coming over to help me, two of the workers overlooked me and helped people to the right and left of me and after they were finished walked away to seek out someone else. I'm currently on my way to Best Buy with the $2,500 I was going to spend at the Apple Store and I will surely not be buying a Macbook now, I am considering pulling Pretty Woman and walking back into the Apple store with my freshly purchased computer.
Great. My ipad would charge. I tried 3 different cords and none of them worked. Used apple cord at the store and started charging
