Great gym, never over crowded. Definitely a no judgement zone. Machines are always readily available with a very short wait, if any. Tanning beds are nothing to write home about but it is what it is I guess.
I came to this gym because I got a new job out in Pittsford. It’s super clean, the staff is great (I go at 530am and the woman who works the desk is awesome!), and it’s conveniently located. Highly recommend this gym, haven’t tried their tanning booths but im excited to!
I was a Operations Manager at LA Fitness and when you want to cancel a membership it must be person. This way someone is not pretending to be you. I love working out at PF. I did compare PF to LA and PF is way better. I never worked out at LA Fitness when I was the Operations Manager. I always talked about Planet Fitness and how much better it is, and believe me it is. I love PF :)
Don't ever get a membership here, they will con you out of your money for months even when you move. When I called to ask why I was still getting charges they told me I had to come in, in person to cancel. So I called corporate and they told me I had to send in a certified letter. I sent it in and was still charged, when I called they said it was too late and charged me for an entire other month. I told them I will just dispute with the bank and then they threatened me with sending it to collections. AWESOME people at PF.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean environment and convenient location.
