The ring itself came out beautifully! My fiancee loves it and it means so much to her that we were able to incorporate her family's diamond! The entire process of designing the ring was stress free and included a CAD to give an idea of what the final result would look like. We are extremely happy with our experience at The Source and would recommend it to anyone looking for engagement rings.
If I could give a separate rating for the sales rep, I would give Regina ten stars! She was extremely professional, personable, and accommodating. I never felt pressured to make a decision when we were discussing different aspects. When my fiancee was nervous about leaving the family diamond, she personally drove it to the workshop to make sure it arrived safely. I lost count of the number of times she personally cleaned (and scrubbed) the family diamond just out of kindness. She was, by far, the best sales rep we had run into during our (thorough) search.
Extensive collection and knowledgeable staff. The staff is also friendly and guides you to what you’re looking for, instead of pushing you to higher priced items. The prices are really manageable as well. Best jeweler in the mall, hands down.

Ten stars! The Source did an amazing job in helping us find the perfect ring. Regina, our sales rep, was extremely attentive and very helpful in giving us suggestions and options of what would look good (and what wouldn't). She was very honest and forthcoming with us, which made us feel very comfortable. Once she had helped put together a beautiful ring, she and her manager were even more helpful in working with me on a price, which ended up coming in significantly under budget. I will definitely be using The Source as my jeweler for any future purchases!
