Knowledgeable staff, comfortable furniture, all at affordable prices. There isn't much else to say other than you should visit this store if you're in the market for furniture. They also have consultants on staff to help you with balancing your floor space with furniture or what colors would look best, etc.

It's great to have one locally but it's very slow service and they are not customer service focused. Nice people. Love the style. Wish the service was faster and they cared more about helping me find something rather than a "go find it yourself" response.
There computer system is a mess. This is the second time this has happened to me. I went online to shop the sales, there system says they have an item. you get to checkout and it then says its unavailable. Doesn't say its out of stock. So i then call customer service. They tell me its no longer available. But online system says it's still available.
You've got to have money to be able to afford most of their items. Otherwise, it's a great place to windowshop.
