I am happy with the product but very disappointed in the delivery service. I had a bed delivered today, a re-select as our first bed was just over two years old and dipping terribly. I was told that the delivery men would not take off their shoes or wear booties in my home. I have carpet upstairs and a two year old. People go into public restrooms with their shoes on and you want to come in my home? I have had movers move my entire house and wear booties so I guess I dont understand why this is a policy of yours. Needless to say, I will be buying future furniture for my home somewhere other then Raymour and Fanighan.
I'm so disappointed in Raymour & Flanigan. I purchased a very expensive bed and was told after agreeing to purchase that I would have to buy 2 $55 mattress pads to insure my warranty. Then I was told that they would only give me 1 of them. I would have to ask for the 2nd one when I needed it. Well; 2 years later I needed it. I call the 866 number and placed the order. 1 month later, no mattress pad. I called to follow up and they never shipped it out. I asked to have it shipped overnight or at least 3 day ship. The reply I got was, "we don't do that". Well, guess what. I need to buy another Queen bed for a guest bedroom and I will be buying it from a competitor.
