Very overpriced. Jack Greco is much nicer and better priced.
Poor customer service after ssle. When sofa turned out to be defective (metal frame popped through leather at 5 months of age with little use) It took one month to get a return call in response to my notifying them of the problem. Then it took several popol vuh so I can months for them to send somebody out who photographed the defect. This was followed by a voicemail message stating they could give me a phone number of someone who I could call and pay a reasonable price to to have the leather repaired. I sent an email asking for explanation of why they were not making good on warranty and to date have not had a reply. Poor quality, poor customer service, poor warranty, overpriced.
