My two brothers and I were looking for something to eat, since we hadn't had lunch and it was about 9:30pm. Our first choice was Chili's and since they were getting ready to close...we decided to try the Deny's across the street. Now, I'm sure it has been around ten years since I had eaten at a Deny's and my expectations were not very high. I was in for a pleasant surprise. We walked in and saw their entry area billboard promoting their new burgers. They looked great and were priced right. I had the Bacon Gouda Burger and to be honest, it was one of the best burgers that I can remember. Both of my brothers were very impressed with their burgers also. We had an excellent waitress and the restaurant was very clean and organized. All put together...it was a very memorable dinner and we will be stopping back to eat at Deny's very soon.
Our server Brittany was very unpleasant. It took her 20minutes to get our drinks and that's not including initially taking our order, which in fact took forever as well. Once the food arrived (which the food was great), Brittany did not once come to ask if everything was ok nor did she make us feel welcome. I would not recommend having her as your server should you choose to eat here.
Seated by hostess, sat for over 15 minutes & no server. I left so i cant comment on food that never came. Better go back to restaurant school.
Excited to try new kale salad. I doubt the kale was rinsed, but even so it was rusty and wilted. It was a shame because the other ingredients were good. The server was unfriendly. My daughter kept saying thank you and she didn't acknowledge in any way it say your welcome to any of our party of 8, but maybe twice. The bathroom is so smelly. There is definitely septic gas leaking. Won't be back.
