Pizza is good.

Third times a charm.... I show up and as I’m sitting down waiting for the pizza I’m reading a slew of google reviews about how stingy they are with toppings. Sure enough, I’m presented with my pizza and I actually counted 13 black olive slices. 13!
Note to the owner; google reviews are everything now a days. It’s the way of the future. My family has run a business successfully for 50 years and we thrive now because of our reviews. Our customers rave about reading all the good things previous customers have said. If you want to maintain or achieve success with the millennial generation becoming more prevalent you’ll need to make the right adjustments.
I’m about as easy going and down to earth as they come, but paying a premium for pizza to get shafted doesn’t sit well on an empty stomach, especially with a hungry family at home. I could have gotten over the whole thing and let it go until I received a pompous and pretentious attitude from the manager about having to remake the pizza. He actually gave me an attitude as if I was bothering him....
Since the move I've noted a lot of issues. First off the wings are now bone dry. I asked for extra sauce last time, and there was no change. They have also gotten very stingy with toppings. I'm not sure if this is a way to cut cost due to move or what but it needs to be addressed. I hope the owner takes the time to read these reviews so they can make changes. Thankfully Pontillos is just as close to us.
Needless to say, my night ended with a delicious pizza from Pontillos down the street.
The price is not very competitive.
Overall the pizza is good. They run a managers special 1 topping pizza for pick up for $12.99 it works good for me. I would of given it 5 stars a few months ago, but the wings at this place have really gone down hill. They're expensive to begin with, but now despite asking for extra sauce, they barely put sauce on them and they taste like they're cooked in really old oil and most wings are . Not impressed. They changed the way they serve them, they use to be extra saucy in big Styrofoam containers and they tasted great. They've been dried and not good the last 3 times so I won't be ordering the wings again. Pizza is good though. Buffalo chicken pizza is good option too.
But they definitely don't treat you like family. They nickel and dime you
I’ve had 3 experiences with the Victor location so far. First two times I order over the phone and show up to pick up a pizza that was never made. I get it, mistakes happen, but twice in a row? Come on...
I am a huge Mark’s fan, but this store is putrid.
