Not a very big Aldo store and it doesn't have many options.
Oh... I went to MichaelKors and spent $95 on another wallet, that could've been their money had they been good to me.
Been over a week and no one has contacted me!
Good shoe selection, but they're pricey.

So I went into the EastView location to return my wallet, and standing in the line I knew already it was going be an issue. Because I can see the cashier girl just frowning at my bag that had the return. I get to the counter and before I'm able to pull everything out she goes to the other girl (who I assume is her manager) and asks, "are we taking anything back without a tag"? And her manager responds no. And I told her well if you can wait a moment everything is right here. So then she looks at the wallet and asks why I want to return it. I gave her my reason as if it really matters. Then she goes and tell me because the price tag is detached, the wallet is used and it can't be returned for a refund, just an exchange (it was not used). Which didn't make sense to me because its too used to get my money back, but not used enough to get an exchange??? So then her manager prances by and co-signs by saying the same thing.... WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING HERSELF.... the MANAGER. So then I leave and call their customer service, naturally. The information that I got from customer service was that it doesn't matter if the tag is detached, I can still get my refund and within 90 days. So the stupid cashier girl and her idiot manager was incorrect. So I obviously wanted this escalated to the district manager. This is what happens when you employ people who are ruled by nasty attitudes and looking for reasons to turn people away. Instead of leading with customer service and taking care of their shoppers. I WILL NOT be shopping there anymore and I will be advising everyone I know to do the same!!
