Although they have good supportive shoes, the store manager was real loud and seems very angry. I was trying to explain my situation to him and he continued to be loud with attitude. My daughter actually walked out but knew I needed to find a comfortable shoe... I seriously don't know how a manager can be so mean and keep a store moving I also saw him give another much older women a hard time that was in there before me. I wont be giving him my business and may try the store in Greece. I give it 2 stars for his behavior and attitude... UPDATE: After 7 months from my first review, I have gone back in and made a purchase. This time was much more pleasant. The shoes are real comfortable thus far and the gentleman was friendly, quite helpful and very knowledgeable in helping my foot issues. I will see how things go with my purchase.
Great service, amazing products!
I am so dissapointed with the lack of service in this store! I bought UGG's for my daughter's bday. They didn't have her size, so they had to order them. They had a promotion where they were giving a small bottle of waterproofing. We asked if they would be shipping it and they said, "Yes". We got the boots and no bottle of waterproof was in the box. I called the store on Feb. 1 and he said it would be shipped out. I called again on the 7th, the person answering said, "My boss said he mailed it out, but I will mail you another one." I didn't feel like driving from Webster to Victor to get something they said they would send. Well, I just called again yesterday and he said that he had mailed it and since I havent gotten it he will mail two this time. Well, if I dont get it by this weekend, I am returning the boots and buying them elsewhere in the mall!!!
Horrible customer service. I called corporate they did not care. I do not recommend shopping at this store.
